Study material, not medical direction

ProtoQuiz turns protocol documents into practice questions. It is a study tool. It is not medical advice, not a clinical reference, and not a substitute for your agency's protocols, your medical director, or your own judgement. Generated questions and explanations can be wrong. On a call, follow your agency's protocols and your medical director — never this app. Nothing here grants a certification or continuing education credit.

Using our work

Use the sites and apps for their intended purpose. Do not abuse the service or other users, do not try to break or overload it, and do not resell or redistribute what you find inside without asking.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of documents you upload. You give us permission to store and process them so the app can do its job. Only upload material you have the right to use — agency protocols are usually fine, copyrighted textbooks usually are not.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google, not by us directly. They renew automatically until you cancel, and you cancel through your Apple or Google account rather than through us. Because those stores process the payment, refunds are theirs to grant — ask us anyway if something went wrong and we will help where we can. If prices change, existing subscribers are told before it affects them.

What we promise

Content and features are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated material will be accurate. We may update features and policies over time, and we will try not to surprise you when we do.

Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, ProtoQuiz LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the sites or apps. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or puts other users at risk.

Governing law

ProtoQuiz LLC is a Colorado limited liability company, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
