We keep things minimal, and we respect your time and attention.

This covers teachmetolive.com and the apps we make, including ProtoQuiz and SleepMedic. Last updated 23 August 2026.

This website

The site itself sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no sign-up forms. Type styles load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. That is the only third party involved in visiting this site.

What our apps collect

Only what the app needs to work:

• Account. An account identifier, and an email address if you provide one. You can use ProtoQuiz without giving us an email.
• Content you upload. Protocol documents you add, and the questions and study material generated from them.
• Usage. Which features you open and how quizzes go, so we can tell what is working and what is broken.
• Crash and performance data. Diagnostics when something fails.
• Subscription status. Whether a subscription is active, handled through Apple or Google. We never see your card number.

Who processes it

Google Firebase stores accounts, content, and usage data, and reports crashes. RevenueCat tracks subscription status. Apple and Google handle payment. These are service providers acting for us, not audiences we sell to.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not buy it. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use Apple's advertising identifier, so we cannot track you across other companies' apps and websites, and we do not.

How long we keep it

Account and uploaded content stay until you delete them or ask us to. Crash and usage data ages out on our providers' normal schedules. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your content and identifiers.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will do it — you do not need to live anywhere in particular to ask.

Children

These are tools for working clinicians and adult learners. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above rather than change it quietly.
